K-Pop Fan Interview: Brenda

Could you tell us who you are, where you’re from and give us a little description about yourself?

My name is Brenda and I’m 16 years old. I’m from Mexico and I like K-pop.

So how long are you a K-pop fan and how did you get introduced?

I have been a fan for 11 years. My older sister introduced it to me and from there on I loved K-pop.

Why do you love K-pop and what makes it different compared to other genre’s?

Well, since I was a little girl they taught me this kind of music and I liked it, because it was different from the other music genres in my country and I really love that they are too talented. Like singing and dancing at the same time haha.

If you make K-pop related content could you tell us what you do and why?

Well, what I do is dance to their songs and put their merchandise that I collect on my social media networks.

Could you tell us your top 5 K-pop groups (in no particular order):

NCT, BTS, Mamamoo, Red Velvet and Super Junior.

Out of those 5, if you had to pick a number 1, who would it be and why?

It would have to be BTS, because their songs are so motivational and really have helped me a lot.

Who’s your bias. Could you tell us your top 5 (in no particular order):

Jisung , Jimin, Suga, Chenle and Jaehyun.

If you had to pick a number 1 bias, who would it be and why?

Jimin, because he was one of my first bias and I love his attitude. Also how he sings and how he dances.

Imagine getting a wish granted, but it has to be K-pop related: could you tell us what your wish would be and why?

My wish would be meeting NCT Dream, because they are my favorite group now and also because I already had the pleasure of meeting BTS haha. 🙂

Let’s spread some love by giving a big shout out. Who would you like to give a shout out to and why?

It would have to be Jisung from NCT Dream.

And last but not least: if you could change the world with just one positive message (it doesn’t have to be K-pop related), what would it be?

My message would be that they enjoy every moment of their lives and that they see the positive things.
